The XTREME BODY TRANSFORMATION COURSE (XBT) combines fitness kickboxing, strength training, nutrition and flexibility; plus you'll have a team of coaches and instructors to give you all the guidance you'll need to achieve your fitness goals.

The secret to our program's success is nothing more than motivation. Everyone has fitness in them and it's just a matter of really getting off your butt and doing it. By combining the three most important aspects of fitness (Cardio, Weights, Nutrition) our students can very quickly improve their bodies and their overall health. Our instructors are always encouraging our students to ensure they complete all the required weight training to match their cardio and nutritional efforts.

As most of our students realize, it is much more difficult to get in shape than it is to stay in shape. Our 8-week XBT program puts you on the road to your best body ever. The secret to success in this program is making the necessary lifestyle changes. That includes building a consistent training habit into your daily routine. XBT participants quickly realize that cardio kickboxing and martial arts is a great way to maintain and build their physical fitness over the long-term.

The Canadian Sport Martial Arts Academy has many programs available to help you establish long-term goals and to keep you motivated for years to come. Xtreme Body Transformation Course graduates have the choice of continuing on with the Kickboxing Program for a monthly fee, which most end up doing (80%), or stepping it up to a long-term goal oriented program like our Adult Sport Martial Arts program.
